The job listing I found is for a Marketing Associate position at a company named Ultius, Inc. After looking it over and examining all the details included in the job listing, I thought that it listed everything necessary in order for the applicant to have a good understanding of what is expected. There are multiple sections of the job listing. These include job description, role description, key areas of accountability, nontechnical and technical skills, and additional information. Within these sections are a number of subcategories.

For the job description, a brief background of the company is written and the purposes that marketing associates have in the company. The second section, role description, mentions the major parts of the role. It states that, “The Marketing Associate position is best described as a content management role for the Ultius website and its pages”. The marketing associate will publish content based on Ultius’ guidelines. The key areas of accountability list areas that the marketing associate would be directly responsible for. Some of these are ensuring all outgoing work is high quality and relevant, using search engine optimization best practices to ensure our content fits in line with Google’s quality guidelines, and helping maintain a robust blog through relevant articles that are contextually interlinked, aided with images and charts and useful to people. The skills that the applicant must have are included in the post. These include both technical and nontechnical. A few of the technical ones are Google apps, Adobe Photoshop, and CMS Maintenance. The nontechnical ones are clear communication, initiative, eagerness to learn, discipline, and passion for quality in your work. The last section of the job posting includes background and experience, other notes, and the description of how Ultius is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Overall, I think that this job posting had a substantial amount of information that is relevant. It lists all the skills and mentions everything that will be expected.
